A little bit more work, a little bit more mess, but certainly the way to have fun and make sure there is something for everyone's taste.  Gather at the store enough taco shells and tortillas, salsa, sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheese, lettuce and then the protein of your choice.

4. Yuca fries

SO much better than your regular fries. Buy them frozen, and either fry or air fry for a totally new experience.

5. Plantain chips

Slightly sweet and yet salty, this crunchy deliciousness goes well with everything.
